The sim card purchase portal is different login credentials than our My Accounts or Community anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You were sooo close at finding out how to submit a ticket to customer support&amp;nbsp; - in the post you made you hyperlinked to CS_Agent.&amp;nbsp; Just click on that link then go to the right and choose SEND A MESSAGE to write a private message to customer support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered a sim card (from another email to set up another account) 5 weeks ago and it is still yet to come...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to open a ticket without getting an error code...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me?
