for now, you can dial 611 to add $$ to your account renewal. You'll need your PM pin number. Alternative is to get payment vouchers, dial 611 w/o PM pin.

Is it from a Canadian or US institution with a Canadian or US billing address? But you're successfully logged in?

Most are. We have excellent banking regulations in Canada. Try waiting about an hour and then use a non-mobile browser and log in to your account and try to pay. Maybe even use incognito mode or whatever your browser calls it.

Or yes buy vouchers or use real time payments.

Adding - but you seem to be wanting to use a visa debit. Do you have a valid card already registered? Or is that the registered card and it's just not working?
