      <title>Cannot access acount after deleted esim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Accidentally deleted my eSim after I got a notification that it failed to install. My issue now is : I cannot get into my account now because the phone number associated with my account was on the eSim. Is there a way to get it resent to me so I can try again, or am I out of luck?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But check first with them . I am not sure you can reinstall the same eSIM.&amp;nbsp; You can try to scam the same QR code you got from email and see if it works.&amp;nbsp; If not, you will have to message support , you might have to change it back to physical sim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Add: to access My Account without the phone ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Resend code&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and then choose&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Send email&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If yes, redo the process!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And just FMI and EOE.....is there not a password on your phone that needs to be entered to delete or change an eSim???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
