      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reset my phone. I have restarted my phone. I have checked my balance level in my account to show that it's paid up. My phone is not receiving or sending text messages or sending or receiving calls. Please advise this is a very big inconvenience,!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
