      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/299273"&gt;@saj2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Best to activate SIM card on a temp number .from PM .Then transfer your number to PM from your my account after having activated the SIM card . Leaving your old providers SIM card in phone you will get a confirmation text from old provider you reply YES to the text and have 90 minutes to do so . Then you’re done and that will close out your old providers account for you automatically. And when transferring the number it will ask for your old providers account number and IMEI . Just give the account number as the IMEI is not needed and causes more hiccups then not .here’s a visual pic of what to look for in your my account after activation notice &amp;nbsp;transfer number under the first red circle in top of pic .
