      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 issues&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. My text works to in province numbers but not out of province Canadian numbers or my wife’s American number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. I purchased a 200mb add on when my data ran out and then my maps and internet started working again but messenger, Facebook SoundCloud and all other apps won’t work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Strange. Is your account new? Are you transferring a number from another carrier?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try rebooting the phones, and a simple test of swapping the SIM cards between the phones.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
