      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I submitted for a new plan that was on special that was to start today and it didn't switch over or charge me the new rate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was 39.00 a month if I subscribe for 3 months at a time and included 30GB a month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
