      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/299180"&gt;@sidbmw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;sorry, PM is a prepaid provider and cannot provide refund.&amp;nbsp; You paid for 30 days of use already&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe give us more information and we can try to help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Honest, PM is running on Telus/Bell infrastructure.&amp;nbsp; So, the service is as good as Telus/Bell.&amp;nbsp; If your friends using Telus/Koodo/Bell/Virgin/Lucky without issue, you should not have problem too&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is that a voice issue? or Data issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What kind of phone do you have? brand and model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Where you are in? larger city or rural?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start with click Reset All Networks and see how it goes.&amp;nbsp; Please note that it will delete your saved Wifi and BT connections as well, you will just need to add them back after&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, try in different area in your town/city and see if it is better&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
