    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the number you're trying one of these area codes (after the 44)? 70, 870-879, 843-845&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you dialing the 011 or + in front? If the area code has a leading zero then drop the zero.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a uk long distance add on and when I try to make a call it says I do not have enough minutes. I have tried powering off, I am using all the country codes, I can see the service posted in my purchases - it just does not work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
