Uk long distance add on not working

I bought a uk long distance add on and when I try to make a call it says I do not have enough minutes. I have tried powering off, I am using all the country codes, I can see the service posted in my purchases - it just does not work.

@Estherwade first, make sure the add-on is showing up on My Account. To avoid browser cache confusion, please login again using Incognito mode and see if the UK LD addon is showing up on the Add-ons section.

And remember
**Calls made to numbers starting with the following UK codes are not included in UK calling from Canada and will not be completed when dialled: 4470, 44870-44879, 44843-44845.

Also how you make the call to UK?

calling UK, drop the 0 before the area code
For example, calling London number 020 8765 4321 should be just call 01144 20 8765 4321
(you can also try +44 20 8765 4321)
Calling Manchester number 0161 765 4321 should be just 01144 161 765 4321
(you can also try +44 161 7654321

Is the number you're trying one of these area codes (after the 44)? 70, 870-879, 843-845

Are you dialing the 011 or + in front? If the area code has a leading zero then drop the zero.
