      <description>&lt;P&gt;We enter the username and password to log into My Account and it simply goes back to the home page. You can see it working but stops and the home page remains. We have tried different devices and web browsers and it’s all the same. Who do we talk to to get help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use &lt;STRONG&gt;computer&lt;/STRONG&gt; and not phone to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NEVER had such program logging from computer with clean browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
