      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My son's phone has a message PUK code required and the phone is locked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sadly, there is no way to talk to a human about obtaining the code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A call to the automated service does not provide that option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other options to obtain the PUK code?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/299060"&gt;@dhunter45&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if you didn't get the phone from PM or Telus, PM cannot help you to unlock phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phones can ONLY be unlocked by the provider you got it from originally.&amp;nbsp; So, try to reach out to the old provider instead.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
