@Jcf96 it is a known issue that the roaming does not work in Alaska as PM roaming partner TMobile does not have its own network there.

PM never worked in Alaska because there are no T-Mobile network in Alaska.

Contact a CS_Agent for a refund or credit to your account.

@BKNS27- Just to be picky 🙂 ...That word "never" always trips me up. And I've used it once or twice myself waiting for a correction. Back before roaming partners turned off UMTS, AT&T was once a partner and they had coverage in Alaska and our roaming worked there.
