Payment problem

I'm trying to subscribe/pay and it keeps saying my "billing postal code" doesn't match my card even though I know it does. I'm using a Simplii MasterCard debit, I've tried several different browsers as well as my laptop and would get "payment failed" on the other browsers. Is it my simplii card that's the problem or what?

@Voodoomoon Try postal code in capital letters and no spaces

Add and if you’re trying on website . ? Try the new app instead

are you putting in all Capital and with Space like A1A 2A2 ?

or try without space as well A1A2A2

Mastercard Debit is not stated to be used. Some have said some work. I guess yours doesn't. Visa Debit is stated to be used.

I did capital letters, all lowercase, none worked. It won't let me do no space as that space is automatic. It can't be deleted and automatically spaces.

I only have one card, I tried several times last night and again this morning with the exact same issues.

maybe submit a ticket with CS agent and see if they can tell what's wrong

HI @Voodoomoon and you are using Master Debit? Not all MC Debit work.

you might have to go and buy a Prepaid visa and then use it to activate

Sorry about the late reply, yea I ended up opening a KOHO bank account to set up payment. It worked, also a Mastercard debit. Hope you figure it out, was frustrating but it worked.
