I wish to change my plan to $39 monthly with 20 GB included please. Can you help? My current plan is only 15 GB for $40 I don't wanna pay more than others, all my family is with public mobile..

Have you updated your account login to the new system? You can change your plan yourself in the account.

Did you create a Eversafe ID and login to your account and change the plan yourself? Start by Sign Up.

Remember to change your plan on your renewal date so you won't be charged for the old plan and the new plan.

Change your plan in self service but make sure to choose change on next renewal date. If you do an immediate plan change you will not get any credit for your current plan.

I just did this - I went to change subscription and was able to update it there. I did lose out on 2 weeks of my previous plan (as I was on a 90 day plan), but I had run out of data, so needed to make the switch. Good luck! 🙂
