      <title>eSIM not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;. I’m a new customer and I am transferring my phone number to Public. I have an iPhone 11 which I confirmed through your website was compatible with an eSIM. I am experiencing an issue where my network displays an SOS message. I believe I followed all of the steps to set up my eSIM correctly. Can someone assist me as I’m currently without a phone. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but we’ve tried this. We also left it overnight to give it as much time as possible to fix itself (if that was the issue).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
