I have been overcharged and told to send a message to the above and can't figure out how to do that.

while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents click >>>here.<<<

Log into self service. If your extra payment is in Available Funds just leave it there and it will be used automatically on your next renewal date.

@Sheepdog1 - to send message to above? You mean contact CS_Agent.

1 - go to the envelope at the top, right of the community. In mobile hover over your avatar or top right menu to see the envelope.

2 - click on this box to start a new Private Message:

3 - enter "CS_Agent" in SEND TO field. Then proceed to send the Private Message to Public Mobile Agents.
