Have you lost your previous SIM card or phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you meant phone number rather than SIM card, can you try the "Forgot your password or Email" option to get EverSafe set up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to update my account information/payment/subscription plan. I am already a customer for 3+years and every time I login it only gives me two options: "Resume Activation" or "Go to Login Page". When I click resume activation and put in my already existing SIM card it says its an error since its already in use. The login page link is just a revolving door of the same two pages of logging in and then these two options. I am not sure what to do. I have deleted all my history on my phone and computer but still continues to bring me to these options.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Once I click on the "resume activation" button it takes me to a page where it asks if i need to purchase a sim card or already have one. Since I've been a public mobile customer, I already have one, so that is why it is asking for my SIM card number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
