      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/298498"&gt;@TG66&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; what kind of phone do you have?&amp;nbsp; Why you cannot download the app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;your phone has to set to Canada in the App Store region settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, have to be resonably up-to-date, Android 8.0 and above , or latest iOS if possible&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone does not meet the requirment, try to see if you can get a friend to help and use your friend's phone to complete the last step&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly this.&amp;nbsp; So now I know I can't do the activation on the website, but the App is giving me grief on my phone which I'm pretty sure is an IPhone 6 or 7??&amp;nbsp; I have the App loaded, I cannot log in.&amp;nbsp; As soon as I click 'log in', the alert comes up: "Public Mobile wants to use telus.com to sign in", so I say 'continue' and then my screen goes blank&lt;/P&gt;</description>
