    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I purchased US roaming Data. &amp;nbsp;My plan show the plan. &amp;nbsp;When I arrived US, I turn on the roaming, restart the phone many times. &amp;nbsp;And still not working! &amp;nbsp;I changed the network to T-mobile and still not working. &amp;nbsp;Restart the phone again and still not working. &amp;nbsp;My plan still show with not used. &amp;nbsp;How to activate???&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

Some customer purchase the Canadian data add on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is some more information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/get-help/articles/us-roaming-troubleshooting" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ab/get-help/articles/us-roaming-troubleshooting&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may also want to toggle airplane mode on, then off. &amp;nbsp;Even a network reset of phone (this will erase saved Wifi passwords)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
