      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to get an e-sim and subscribe to a plan but it just says payment failed try another method. Please confirm they didn't charge you before attempting to activate again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Were you using app or browser?&amp;nbsp; Please &lt;STRONG&gt;wait a full hour&lt;/STRONG&gt; before trying again. I would try on the browser &lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito mode&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Also, if you activating eSIM on iPhone, it could also be trickier and likely activating with&amp;nbsp; physical sim would have better success&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
