Did you submit a ticket 2 weeks ago without a response? If so, that is too long. Go back to your SENT messages and poke them loudly (but with respect) about your issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, no service for 2 weeks and you paid for an account/activation at that time? Or have you been a customers before this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If they can't find your account, did you do a chargeback on your card at any point?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR, if active and it says messaging like your plan will renew on such an such a date, then submit a ticket to CSA and get them to see what is up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
