US Add On Bundle package

I purchase a 15 day package for US data and phone text that ran out today. I am in US a few more days so only option was to buy another 15 dat package. Tried to buy twice without success. Same for my wife’s phone. Need help please

@Dkmaltais If you’re trying to rebuy the very same US add on with out waiting 24 hours after the first one ended . You need support to help . Otherwise you need to choose a different US roaming

It used to be 24h delay before you are able to buy a new US add-on.

Or you can contact agent to override that limit and let you purchase asap.

there's tenuous evidence that plan expires at midnight (ET) on day 15. Op might be able to re-up when old add-on disappears at midnight.
