If not, it is probably not the SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like it might be a provisional/backend issue with the SIM which can be easily fixed by a CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just private message them on the envelope icon on your computer or tap on your avatar on your phone then go to Messages and click on the pen/paper icon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone stopped working months ago, I thought it was just old.&amp;nbsp; I got a new phone an still having the exact same issue.. Faulty sim card?&amp;nbsp; if so can it be replaced and I can still use my same number&lt;/P&gt;</description>
