An SMS should have been replied YES to from the previous provider. Is this your case?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/297873"&gt;@Jacob23&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;did you just joined PM and requested porting your number?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;if porting was just requested&lt;/STRONG&gt;, like the porting was not completed.&amp;nbsp; Did you reply a text from your old provider to approve the porting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;if you have been with PM long time and incoming just stopped working&lt;/STRONG&gt;, try to change your Preferred network type to 3G only or WCDMA and see if the phone connects to the network at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
