      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m a new PM customer. Recently upgraded to new iPhone. I would like to transfer my PM esim to the new device. I need to maintain esim as physical sim is occupied by work line. Any recommendations for how to proceed? I was unable to submit a ticket. Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
