My bonus data is missing

My 2 gig bonus data, a Christmas gift a couple of years ago has disappeared ever since the update. Where did it go and can I get it back?

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

@EthanLyons10 you saw that before on your My Account? When was the last time you saw that on your My Account?

Try logging in My Account again using Incognito mode and see if the addon there

If not, check the Usage log. Unfortunately, it only shows 90 days of data. so, you can try to see if during this 90 days, any cycle you over-used the data. If so, then PM would have used the bonus data once your monthly data are used up

I tried refreshing but nope. It was supposed to be a never expire gift. Worked fine for past 2 years. Just disappeared

@EthanLyons10 - are you sure it was supposed to never expire? All customers receive the More the Merrier addons and they DO expire once used up.

If this was not the More the Merrier gifts, then was it an activation promo of some sort? Even these activation promos sometimes have expiry dates after so many months(renewals); and often they may go away if your plan changes or your plan goes into nonpay status. Has this been your case at all?

You are correct those bonus data add ons don't expire, but it's only until used. It's not a recurring data bucket, it's one time use. You must have used it without realizing. Mine transferred over to the new system just fine.
