@Ineedhelp1 First check credit card is one charge pending and the other is posted ? If so pending charge should fall off . Also check your my account for the difference in available funds . If you have certainly been over charged please

You are charged every 30 days so it is possible to have 2 payments in one month. Is that what happened?
