      <title>2 Factor Identification Login</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I unfortunately dropped my phone into the lake and lost it. I've gotten a replacement phone but I'm unable to log into my public mobile account because it had 2 factor authorization set-up and I can't log in as I can't put in the verification code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to log into the account? I want to set-up the new SIM to my account but just cannot log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help would really be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/297657"&gt;@Amz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you already sign up for EverSafe login before?&amp;nbsp; If so, you can get the 2FA code sent to email instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, there is a couple of tricks to get into your account.&amp;nbsp; First, try to reset the password to your self service account.&amp;nbsp; Then try to login again.&amp;nbsp; You can also try to send incorrect SMS codes several times and then PM may offer you the option to send the code via email.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that does not work, you will need to contact customer service agent, but that may take a few hours to respond.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately I didn't have the Eversafe ID setup but thank you! I was able to get it sent to my email!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
