Hello , I received a message that my data was turned off. Why is that? I paid my outstanding bill and want answers as to why I feel like I need to switch providers . I cannot call and talk to a rep either . These new changes are frustrating!

But is data working now? If not then try going in and out of airplane mode. Or restart. Or power cycle. Yes the new system is frustrating and ridiculously slow.
