If you did, did you notice you didn't receive any incoming calls at all?

If you joined PM around a month ago and didn't receive any incoming calls, it is likely the port was not completed. Your old provider sent you a text and you were supposed to reply YES but you didn't. It has been a month and the porting request is now voided. PM has to assign you a new number in such situation

No worry, if your old account still active, you can login to My Account and go to Profile page and request porting again using Transfer a number there, but you have to make sure you reply the text from the old provider for the port to complete
