    <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the OS version? My phone has all of its updates too but it stops at 12. It won't be getting 13. The other device did get to 13. The 5G option showed up before 5G was known to be present.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/294971"&gt;@Lens20&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; of course that does not look right.&amp;nbsp; 1Mbps is not even&amp;nbsp; the speed for 3G plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Start with clicking Reset All networks and see if it works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, if possible, try to test your PM sim card in another phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And try it in different area, just in case it is a local network issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Won't connect to other networks.&amp;nbsp; Turned off LTE.&amp;nbsp; Connected to 3G.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Interesting -- Speed increased to 4 Mbps download.&amp;nbsp; My phone status shows 4G instead of LTE.&amp;nbsp; However, I'm sure that I'm on a 3G network now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's not all Samsungs. If I set to LTE etc then I get 4G and even 4G+. When I set to 3G only I get H+. If I set to 2G only I get nuttin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another Samsung does get 4G on WCDMA Only. LTE+ on LTE etc. 5G on 5G etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;No, you can access 5G network even you are on 4G or 3G plan.&amp;nbsp; The 4G/3G plan are just 4G speed/3G speed plan, you can access other network no problem, just the speed will be capped accordingly&lt;/P&gt;

I "manage" a phone that was 5G from the start but it wasn't showing. Then an update happened and out came 5G. That plan is the $15 3G speed plan. It connects to 5G fine. But if you don't see any 5G option then you have a different OS. That update also brought volte.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
