Which city and state you are in?

Text should be relatively easy to make it work

But first, do you see your phone connected to T-Mobile network?

if not, try to change the network connection from Automatic to Manual and pick T-Mobile form the list

@GarVin1 Try to reboot the phone and make sure you’re connected to T mobile . Also is it possible you just purchased text add on and not US roaming add on by accident check like this

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

if you purchased wrong one . Ask support to reverse for you

thank you. It finally started working when we were actually in the coverage area for T- Mobile.

@GarVin1 cool, yes, you need T-Mobile for the roaming to work (used to be AT&T as well, but no more)

curious, which city you are in?
