      <description>&lt;P&gt;Paid account in full on Tuesday. Payment cleared bank on Thursday and on Friday I still have no service. It is a pain in the derrière to even talk to a human being to straighten it out. Why does it take so long to get a straight answer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/297079"&gt;@DafftheDuck&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;you have a chance to open ticket yet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you just joined, it is just a sim card provisioning issue, PM can fix it quickly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are exiting subscribers for sometime, did you check My Account to confirm PM took the money and applied towards renewal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to put your PM sim in another phone, it can&amp;nbsp; force a sim reprovsion and you could resolve the issue yourself.&amp;nbsp; If none works, then message support and they will reprovision the acocunt for you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
