    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having issues with my phone not able to make calls, when I try it would not ring and then it would end the call. Or I would have a message come up that Network connection cannot make call or Network busy. Or a message will say I Cannot Make Voice calls ! Text message sometimes message says Waiting to connect or failed.&amp;nbsp; I haven't changed my plan. What is going on? I have been with Public Mobile for a very long time. it's important to have my phone working. Please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cannot make calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Number had 1 prior to phone number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the second time quite recently that this has happened.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a disability so it’s imperative that I have a phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But then it switches back to 5G.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is there so many problems with making calls? &amp;nbsp;I might need to switch companies because in an emergency I need a phone that works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
