Im looking through public mobiles' new online website and under "all plans" the lowest one now is $40. Are the $10, 15, 25, 35 dollar plans not offered anymore? What does this mean for people who already have those plans?

Generally plans are grandfathered here. As long as you were on the old version or have a screen shot that proves that you scheduled a plan change at next renewal to a plan that is no long in the current line-up, the according plan is generally honoured until you change it yourself.

As a side note: While no longer on the main website, the $15 and $25 3G speed plans are still available at sign-up and in your "My Account"

All cheap plans are being phased out of PM, this has been happening for some time now (such as the old $10 and less plans), so either be prepared to pay more, go try another provider.

I'm still grandfathered in on the $13 plan. I also get a $4 loyalty credit, a $2 subscription credit, and a $1 refer-a friend credit. So my monthly cost is $6+tax. Do they still offer those credits or am I grandfathered in on those as well?
