I would like to know why Public Mobile stopped texting me "thank you for your payment" and "rewards have been credited" .
The last message I received was for April payment.

Look like they have stopped that for couple months.

For payment reminder, you might want to setup a recurring reminder on your phone to remind you every 30 days instead.

Yeah... I would like to know that too. It was good notification if your service is active or suspended.

Maybe if you ask agent for an explanation and let us know?

@XionBunny too many people complained receiving it middle of the night. I guess the developers cannot change the time, so the solution is simply to KILL it 🤣

@softech that's a pretty bad solution, but understandable, honestly I just mute my phone when I'm sleeping, so texts never bug me all that much.
