      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cannot open a ticket. The page never loads. But my problem is my plan has auto renewed today, payment gone through but I'm unable to use my mobile data, it's just no available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is not due to signal issues it is something wrong with my plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Get in touch asap.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/296904"&gt;@Gracemay&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can make a manual payment to resume service yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can either use *611 to pay if you now the 4 digits account pin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or&amp;nbsp; you can login My Account to Pay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Use Incognito mode to login to My Account, you will see your Subscription is ON HOLD and there is a button &lt;STRONG&gt;Pay now to resume services&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Just click on that and follow the steps to make a manual payment&lt;/P&gt;</description>
