    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/296893"&gt;@wleo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I thought it would work.&amp;nbsp; Make sure the phone is unlocked and you have the latest iOS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however, PM has some issue with eSIM activation on iPhone, so, it could be a problem on PM side.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But yes, message support and ask them to convert that to physical sim and ask them to refund the eSIM cost&lt;/P&gt;</description>
