Does anyone know if Public Mobile still sells reconditioned phones? I have bought one before from them, but do not see the option anymore.

At the moment, look like PM has removed it and also confirmed by Community Manager.

If you like the PM CPO selection, price and the great warranty, check with your local Mobile Klinik stores or online at https://shop.mobileklinik.ca/ . Mobile Klinik is also owned by Telus and the prices are pretty much the same, with even bigger selection of CPO phones

@DJohnson9797 No unfortunately they removed option when they updated the site. It’s unclear if they will again or not

@Brilliance I do not agree with that. Telus/PM CPO phones have a one year warranty and 30 days money back, so it is as good as buying a new phone in terms or refund and warranty

In fact, if you are buying from Mobile Klink stores, you can even see the condition of the phone before buying (I hope they have CPO phones in stores as well). So, if the price is good, the support/warranty on the CPO phones are as good as the new one. Once thing people have trouble was when you buy from PM, sometimes Telus and Mobile Klink staffs not aware that it is in fact a Telus CPO phone and refuse to service it. But if you buy direct from Mobile Klinik now, you don't have that worry
