      <description>&lt;P&gt;Interesting. Me too. I think I've seen this before. I think LTE is down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adding - Still not but HSPA works fine. I wonder if people on volte could see if they can call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
