      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do I need to have the public mobile app to activate a change in phone plans (subscription)?&amp;nbsp; I have been a public mobile user for years, I just changed my phone plan two days ago and now cannot make a phone call. Do I have to have an app to be able to get my phone working?&amp;nbsp; Texting works, but making a call on the phone does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
