SUDDENLY! My phone stopped working and says I ran out of minutes.. and when I try to access my account to buy add-ons.. it gives me unauthorized access...

@FaHo incoming calls still work? mobile data still work?

can you close and relaunch the browser to try login again? or try another browser or use Incognito mode?

if you cannot use any service at all, no incoming/outgoing calls and text, no data, does your phone show connecting to PM network? If not, did you make a charge back to any PM charge lately?

Clear cache and go incognito on your browser before login to your account.

I tried all the ways and still, the problem is not solved. Yes, it shows a connection to public mobile.
Even trying to change to a new provider, I don't receive the transfer msg on my phone.
