Calling within another province

I have the 25$ plan. I am in New Brunswick and I am supposed to be able to call any provinces in Canada. But for example if I go to Nova Scotia I can't make calls to someone who is in that province.

I am trying to see if I can add it but I can't see where, the only add-ons I see is for the US.

@coall if you are on $25 plan with Canada Wide calling, you can call from anywhere in Canada to any Canadian number. Try to add a 1 in front of the 10 digits

Try adding 1 in front of the number you are trying to call.

you should be able to call from NS to NB or other provinces in Canada

Reboot the phone first. And dial with a 1 in front of the number

maybe you're on the older province wide plans. try seeing if you can schedule a plan change to the current $25 plan
