Outbound calling doesn't work

I am not able to make calls but am able to recieve them. SMS works fine as well as data. Any idea what is going on?

Did you port your number from another carrier to PM and forgot to reply to the confirmation port text from your old carrier? Check email icon…I will send you a number to call in case you missed the text.

HI @BrunoP are you on the $15 plan? maybe you have used all your outgoing minutes?

if you are on $15 plan, use Incognito/Private/Secret mode to check My Account for the correct usage info

@BrunoP Tried rebooting or try the SIM in another phone? Is this a new activation?
