    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/230713"&gt;@Adrian1075_rhod&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you changed your plan ?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First are you able to use any PM service now? or no service at all?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just to rule out browser cache problem, please login My Account &lt;STRONG&gt;using Incognito Mode&lt;/STRONG&gt; and confirm if your current account is Active or On Hold (Suspended) ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the Subscription &amp;amp; Add-ons page and see if it shows the new plan you want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check Payment history to see if it shows PM charged you the correct amount, new plan charge or old?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot your phone once.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still no service, test your PM sim in another phone.&amp;nbsp; This can force a sim reprovision and it can resolve problem quickly without support's involvement&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your service still not working, message PM support for further investigation:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.
