      <title>Voicemail Problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! Is anyone having an issue with their voicemail? Mine is indicating that there's a voicemail when there is not. I can't clear the indication either. I've done a hard reset on my iphone XR, but that hasn't changed anything, the red dot is still there. If anyone has a solution please let me know.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/296683"&gt;@mern16&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;actually, 16.5 might be the reason that it broke the VM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have seen at least one person with the issue and confirmed he/she on 16.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But in fact, we have seen many people with this issue.&amp;nbsp; We cannot confirm if iOS or PM is the problem.&amp;nbsp; Some upgrade to a newer iOS and fixed it.&amp;nbsp; Some have the same iOS, the older iPhone works but not the newer.&amp;nbsp; Some have been working but since iOS update, it failed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can try your luck by opening a ticket with PM support to reset your VM, some got it fixed after that, but not for some.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To open ticket with PM:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank You! I did open a ticket but it didn’t go through. It said an error occurred. I will try again. Thank You for your help! I had one voicemail today and after I deleted it, the red dot went away. The second voicemail I got was when it didn’t go away after deleting the message. Maybe a VM reset will do the trick!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
