Changing Owner Name of Account

Hi all,

First off, Merry Christmas to everyone! Hope everyone have a fabulous and safe holiday!

Yesterday, I referred my cousin to sign up for Public Mobile. The phone number that he is going to port over is under his dad's name because he was under 18 at that time. He wants to keep his phone number and doesn't want a new number.

So his dad helped him to port over to Public Mobile with his account information. Is there any way to change the owner account name to my cousin's name?

Yes, your cousin can change his name from self-serve account. When he logs in, he can look on the right and click Edit Profile and that is where he can change the name/address.

I believe the only think that needs mod help is changing the official email address on the account(not the user name)
