This is ridiculous, ive only ever bought the $15 plan and never bought a phone with public mobile. Please free my phone. Theres no customer service contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Issue seems to be something else. PM can't help you for phone issues. Are you trying to port out your number to another carrier? Have you successfully done it already? Wha happens when you insert another provider active sim card in it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to port my number to lum mobile, the process worked fine and I got the text from public mobile and everything. Where it went wrong is inserting the sim card of lum mobile into the phone, and it said the phone was locked. My phone is not locked to any other provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was it originally a Telus or Koodo phone that was locked? It may have worked on PM because it's the same company, but moving to another provider may now reveal what's always been there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
