      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to speak with customer service.&amp;nbsp; I have questions to ask before signing up with public mobile and internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I call them, I have to enter my public mobile phone number and I don't have one because I don't have an account with them yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
