      <title>ESIM activation</title>

Now i can't find a new QR code or i don't know what details to input manually to retry.&amp;nbsp; Everything has already been charged to my card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What would be the other option? if i already have an active service and the esim activation didn't work, can i just get an actual physical sim card and still activate with my existing service already?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check your private message inbox.&amp;nbsp; Envelope on upper right corner of website.&amp;nbsp; Getting a physical SIM card will unlikely to help especially if the account was not set up properly.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
